Additional Charges
- Wait Time: First 10 minutes complimentary. After 10 minutes, $1/minute.
- Appointments: For appointments lasting over 2 hours, we recommend drop-off and a separate return pickup instead of continuous waiting.
- Dialysis: Drop-off and return pickup are standard. Continuous wait service is available by advance request only.
- Extra Attendant/Passenger Fee: $20 after 1 additional passenger
After Hours: 6 PM–6 AM

Weekend & Holiday
- Ambulatory: +$20
- Wheelchair: +$30
The after-hours, weekend, and holiday charges are added on top of the regular base and mileage rate. We provide one-way, round-trip, multi-stop, recurring, same-day, hospital discharge, medical appointment, personal errand, and long-distance transportation.
MEDICAID MEMBERS
The rates listed above are for Private Pay / Self-Pay transportation only.
If you have Medicaid transportation benefits, your trip may be covered through your Medicaid health plan or assigned transportation broker.
Please contact your plan or transportation broker to schedule an authorized Medicaid trip and request CMT Heart Mobility & Transport as your preferred transportation provider when available.
